before dispatch.
If something is not right, we are here to resolve it simply and fairly.
All returns and replacements will be resolved within 7 working days from the date the request is approved.
1. Replacement Coverage
We offer replacement only in case of manufacturing defects.
- Valid within 7 days from delivery
- Product must be verified by our support team
- If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
2. Eligible Cases
You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Manufacturing Defect
- Covered within 7 days
Damaged Product
- Clear unboxing video and images are required
- Resolution will be replacement or refund based on verification
Damaged or Tampered Shipment - Do not accept the delivery if packaging is damaged
- Report immediately to support
- Replacement or refund will be arranged
3. Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this may not be accepted
4. Resolution Timeline
- Requests are reviewed and approved quickly
- Once approved, cases are resolved within 2-3 days
5. Replacement Process

- Our team will troubleshoot the issue
- If confirmed defective and non-repairable, replacement is approved
- If out of stock, refund is issued instead
- Replacement is delivered within 5–7 working days
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval
- Amount is credited within 3–5 working days
- Timelines may vary depending on bank or payment method
- Refund is issued to the original payment method only
7. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Product no longer required
- Used, installed, or altered products
- Missing or tampered serial numbers
- Issues resolvable under warranty service
- Personal preferences (performance, colour, cosmetic expectations)
- Requests raised beyond the allowed timeline
8. Conditions for Acceptance
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be intact
- Missing items may lead to rejection
- Customers should retain packaging and invoice for at least 30 days
