1-year standard warranty
Every QWIPP device is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or build issues
- Functional faults under normal use
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Some things fall outside warranty.
- Damage from drops or impact
- Exposure to water or moisture
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear over time (surface marks, battery aging)
